Transform Your Health, Even Through Menopause

I bring 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and have personally navigated peri-menopause for the past 15+ years. As my symptoms intensified throughout the years, I experienced the same challenges many women face today — weight gain, metabolic shifts (hormonal changes), disrupted sleep, hot flashes, brain fog, anxiety, and depression. I also developed cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol.

Through 4 years of living this fat-loss lifestyle, I transformed my health and life:

■ 37 lbs lost in 59 days (Jan–Mar 2022)   

■ 8 lbs lost in maintenance (Sept 2022)

■ Total fat loss: 45 lbs 

 

Because of my professional experience and what I’ve personally lived, I’ve helped women across the U.S. achieve results through compassionate, personalized, and empowering coaching.

For over two decades, I’ve been an active part of the health and wellness community—from working at the YMCA to hosting health and wellness fairs and connecting with people where they are.
