USER ACCOUNTS & ACCESS

Some services require account creation through Trainerize or other platforms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activity occurring under your account

PierFit is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

 

PAYMENTS & BILLING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. PierFit does not store full credit or debit card information.

By purchasing, you authorize PierFit to charge the payment method provided for the total amount due, including any recurring charges if applicable.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Because PierFit provides digital content, online programs, and immediate access to services:

• No refunds are provided once access is granted

• Missed sessions, failure to participate, or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds

If a subscription or membership is offered:

• You may cancel future billing according to the cancellation terms provided at signup

• Past charges are non-refundable

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PierFit makes no guarantees regarding:

• Availability or uninterrupted access

• Accuracy or completeness of content

Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PierFit LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
