Hi, my name is Karen. I’m from New Jersey, and I’m a PierFit product.

When I was younger, I never worried about losing weight because I was able to shed it quickly. But as I got older and more stressed, I just continued to gain weight, and the old methods no longer worked. I tried exercising and lost a few pounds, but as soon as I stopped, it came back and more.
